The FIBA Foundation believes that basketball has the power to empower, educate, and inspire youth and facilitates this by implementing Basketball For Good projects around the world.
To support projects that coincide with this vision and mission, the FIBA Foundation has launched the Propose a Project platform. Its objective is to continuously enlarge the Basketball For Good family by assisting projects using basketball to address the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and to use basketball as a tool for positive change in their respective societies.
Supported projects will receive financial, equipment, or mentoring support and join the wider Basketball For Good community with additional opportunities for exchange, mentoring, and support.
